INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL, THE SILK ROAD

(13 - 17 December, 2006, Bursa, R. Turkey)

Between 13 and 17 of December 2006 in Bursa, Republic of Turkey for the first time was organized the International film festival The Silk Road. The motto of the festival is the linking of the cultural values from the European and the Asiatic continent and presentation of the cultural heritage on the motion pictures from the two continents. In the program of the festival Macedonia was presented by a part of the film work of the Manaki brothers. Representative from the Cultural Heritage Protection Office at this manifestation was Mimi Gjorgoska-Ilievska MA.
