ACTIVITIES OF THE UNIT FOR INSPECTION AND SUPERVISION
IN THE SECOD QUARTER OF 2008
In June 2008, a representative of the Unit for Inspection and Supervision within the OPCH attended the International Seminar on “Craft and construction Culture” which took place in Ohrid and was organised by the Bureau for craft development in South-East Europe from Koblenz in Germany .
In April and May 2008, within its competencies and in accordance with activities for protection of immovable cultural heritage and acting on reports of illegal activities, the unit for inspection and supervision within the Office carried out 25 inspections of sacrilegious objects and archaeological sites where the activities that are carried out in these locations are directly protected by the Republic of Macedonia.
